Thaleria’s mission is to humanize the provision of IT services in every contract and project, leading our market by example and inspiring other companies to embrace this philosophy.

Thaleria provides Information Technology (IT) Development and Consulting services to European and International Organizations, both in the public and private sectors. With a primary focus on European bodies and organizations, Thaleria seeks to win the trust of our customers through excellence in our management of the various IT services provided.

For this purpose, Thaleria has implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and ISO 27001 (Information Security management). The commitments made in the IMS involve the entire organization, with Thaleria’s leadership assuming responsibility for its communication, implementation and continuous refinement.

Information Security

Information is the most vital resource that Thaleria owns and manages while delivering its services. We undertake to promote and implement strict levels of security to protect the resources of our information systems, as well as information processed, stored or transmitted by them. Our IMS ensures compliance with applicable legislation, regulatory requirements and codes of good practice, enabling the identification, quantification, prioritization and treatment of Information Security risks, as well as ensuring our commitment to thoroughly manage any security incidents that may affect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.
